Cosiam Transport Co., Ltd. Is a joint venture company between China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co., (COSCO) and Nam Yuen Yong Shipping Co., which was established in 1991. The main business is inland transportation, container depot, door to door service and logistics etc.
Cosiam has about 90 professionally trained staffs, and is organized by Marketing Department, Air Freight Department, Financial Department, Transportation Department, Logistics Department, Container Depot and so on.
There are nearly 100 container trailers and chassises. All the trailers are equip with advanced communication equipment. Transportation control center can contact them at any time. We can provide our inland transportation with flexible, efficient and convenience. Also the trailers are fitted generator equipment to meet the requirements for reefer container transportation, especially for long distance transportation of reefer and fresh cargo.
Cosiam is managing 3 depots which total area is about 50,000 sq.m. in Thailand. There are several sets of 45T crane and 25T crane on the depots. All these depots have adequate professionally trained management with sufficient container handling equipment and related facilities, providing services for container storage, repairing, cleaning, PTI and etc.
Cosiam has signed service contracts with major Container Lines for forwarder business and co-operate with many forwarders or logistics company in other country such as USA, Europe, Japan, China and etc. For door to door service.

Gold Ship Co., Ltd. Is a joint venture between COSCO and Nam Yuen Yong Co., Ltd. COSCO carry out the carriage by ship as a whole, with the fleet. Consisting of Container ship, R.O./RO Vessel Bulk Carrier, General Cargo Vessel, Timber Carrier, Refrigerator Vessel and passenger ship and cargo ship, of over 600 vessels, with carrying capacity of over 170 Million tons, which is considered as the mixed fleet in the world. Nam Yuen Yong Co., Ltd., has good relationship with the Port Authority, Customs Department, Immigration Division. Gold Ship Co., Ltd. with the large fleet of COSCO to rely on and with Nam Yuen Yong with good relation with those concerned have proposed a complete service to the owner of ship, consignor of merchandise, since 1993, the year in which the company has been established. The operation has been progressed and accepted by the customers.
The activities of GOLD SHIP have the following scope:
Being the representative and service to all types of ship of Chinese and other nationality in the port area and related territory of Thailand (This service include the body of the ship, merchandise, container, crew, and so on). To undertake to carry the merchandise, both import and export, to arrange sea freight, to charter the ship, tourism, contact with Customs; to undertake to carriage merchandise in several ways (by water, land, air) and to send the merchandise from the shipper direct to the consignee.
- Accept the notice of entry-departure of the ship with the Customs Dept. Contact the matter concerning pilot service and wharf.
- Accept the notice of import-export of merchandise, classify type of merchandise, appraise the value, weight, oven dry, supervise the loading and unloading of merchandise, check the merchandise and merchandise hold.
- Carriage of merchandise by contacting the freight reservation, charter the carrier.
- Provide fuel.
- Contact in checking the ship, repair, wash the hold, clean merchandise hold provide fresh water, food supply and other things.
- Contact for the charter of the ship, purchase/sell and deliver. Act as representative in signing the contract for chartering the ship and for the purchase and sale. Act as representative in signing the Bill of Lading and Carriage Contract or Agreement in renewal of contract or accelerate the performance of the contract.
- Act as representative in collection of carriage fee, as representative in payment and collect other expense. Contact or accelerate closing the account.
- Act as representative in employing the crew and signing in employment contract. Arrange visa for the crew, arrange medical treatment for the crew when they are ill, transfer the crew, arrange the crew for tourism.
- Procure equipment, spare parts, materials navigation map and send them.
- Arrange the entry-departure of container, order the freight hold arrange the loading and unloading of themerchandise, store the merchandise carriage, check disease, and soon.
